The Fricandeaux is a tasty morsel wrapped in caul fat simply made from pork mince, potatoes, onion, salt and pepper. Not to be shared, these are too delicious and should be kept a secret. Best eaten at room temperature with crusty bread, dijon mustard and other charcuterie.
