WELCOME TO
BUNDARRA BERKSHIRES

Our family has been growing free range pure breed Berkshire pigs since 2010. Our regenerative farm is on Barapa Barapa country near Barham NSW on the Murray River, we also own our own butchery in the Barham township where we have total control of our beautiful pork from paddock to your plate. We are also part of a project to build a micro-abattoir at Barham for small producers, owned by producers in a cooperative called the Murray Plains Meat Cooperative. set to open later in 2022. Our aim is to grow food that's good for the planet and good for your health. We do that by regenerating our farm land to sequester carbon from the atmosphere and using self-generated green energy, not cutting corners with preservatives and growing the best quality heritage breed pigs. We are privileged to to directly supply our ethical pork to people that want to make a real difference in their lives.

Our ethical practices encompass animal husbandry, environmental and family values, integrity, transparency, nose to tail meat consumption and supporting a fair local food system. You can read more about our values and story here.

We deliver fresh free range pork cuts, small goods and charcuterie into metro* and regional areas** in NSW and VIC or home customers monthly and business to business weekly.

Our Regeneration

Bundarra Berkshires
fresh cuts to charcuterie

Lachlan and Lauren began their free range pig farm Bundarra Berkshires in 2010 when Lauren saw the call for locally grown, ethically raised heritage pork. The idea for a 'paddock full of happy pigs' grew and fostered the way for handcrafted farmstead charcuterie and smallgoods and opened up a 'new' way of old farming, regeneratively.
