Triple Smoked Naturally Cured Ham – Half ham on the bone
Our hams are individually handcrafted on our farm from our free range Berkshire pigs. Each ham is naturally cured on the bone with local grapefruit juice and spices and then triple smoked over red gum from the surrounding forest.
Sodium nitrate free.
A half ham weighs around 3kgs.
