The Little Pork Deli

We shifted our butchery and farm shop from the Bundarra Farm to Barham in March 2020. We stock all of our beautiful pork cuts and charcuterie here, serve beautiful Fish River roasted coffee, panini's, salads, ready to go meals, cooked pork, smoked smallgoods and a wide range of fine cheeses and local wholefoods.

We also offer experiences incorporating the farm and tasting of our products. 


At the Little Pork Deli we age our pork cuts and pack our products to order for the next level experience: no crap, no moisture infusions, no hormones and no antibiotics, just natural delicious pork ready to go. We also stock a wide range of regional and European cheeses, cut to order and seasonal local produce such as Moulamein Oats, Barham Avocados, Mount Zero Olives, Restdown Wines verjus, 12 Good Eggs, Woodtsock Flour, Mallee Honey, Golden River Walnuts and Outback Harvest Teff products to name a few. Our sourdough bread is delivered twice a week from Tinto Kitchen Bakery and La Dulce Vita Artisan Bakery. 

Our pork has been branded gold at both the Australian Food Awards and the Sydney Royal Fine Food Awards. Why not stop by and grab some of our famous pork for yourself!



Our farm is located 9kms East of Barham, tucked in on the edge of the Koondrook State Forest and on country of the Barapa Barapa People. You can visit our farm to feed the pigs with Lachy and the kids by appointment every afternoon, or you can choose to stay overnight. If that's not enough to fill your curiosity, please see all our unique agri-connect experiences

  1. Farm Tour: See the farm up close and feed the pigs. This is an everyday of the year experience, simply call and meet us at the farm, the kids absolutely love this experience with Lachy and our kids, ask as many questions about what we do as you like. Warning: may involve piglet cuddles $20pp, $50 per family. Add a charcuterie tasting and butchery tour for $20pp Approx 1 hour. 
  2. Stay and Taste: Camp on site with your own gear, or book to stay in our glamping accommodation*. Experience the farm and what we do with a few little added extras like a camping breakfast hamper, a boat tour of the Murray with us to our favourite secret spots upstream, dinner on the farm and then a full tour of the butchery and tasting at the deli in town the next morning. Camping with own gear $50pp. Glamping from $150pp
  3. Charcuterie Masterclass: Spend the day as part of our team for an exclusive hands-on experience, making charcuterie and learning all the cuts and processes behind salting, curing, maturation and preservation. Includes lunch and product to take home. $300pp maximum 2 people.
  4. Premium Experience: A day in the life of experience, where all of the above stay, taste, make and dinner is included. All inclusive of meals and drinks $500pp maximum 2 people.
  5. Ultimate Experience: A week in the life of experience. See the whole process of free range pig farming from paddock to plate, literally. Stay on the farm, wake early, work on the farm learning as you go about pigs, nutrition, animal welfare, native veg, history and the Murray River, work as part of the team in the butchery and deli at Barham, working hands-on to butcher pigs, portion, pack, dispatch orders, make charcuterie and sausages, bacon and ham. Put your feet up after feeding the pigs in the afternoons and enjoy the natural surroundings of the farm, the Murray River and the bush. We'll finish the week of with a visit to other paddock to plate businesses in our region including Restdown Wines, Barham Avocados, Pattison Pastoral Beef and The Great Australian Squeeze. POA Maximum 2 people. 

Our volunteership program begins this June. Each season we will take applications for on-farm and butchery volunteers looking to enhance their skill set and learn all their is about paddock-to-plate meat business, farm production, animal husbandry, butchery, logistics and meat processing to give confidence and knowledge to start a new journey themselves. The length of time is 3 months and limited to 1 person at a time.
